This single story ranch house was originally constructed in 1949 in the prestigious Devonshire Estates neighborhood in Dallas. Our clients purchased the home with a vision to transform the house into a blended modern-transitional style that better suited their lifestyle.

Design-Build Solution

The renovation project was broken up into three separate phases:

Phase I— included the 2-story addition, pool & landscape. The addition provided a much needed 2-car garage with storage, a mud room and 2 bedroom suites for their growing family.

Phase II—included the front elevation makeover and renovation of the kitchen, living, dining and common areas of the house.

Phase III—The third and final stage of this project included a reconfiguration of the original 3-bedroom wing into a luxury, modern master suite. The middle bedroom was converted into the master closet, the master bedroom became the bath and the bedroom was relocated to the rear of the home to take full advantage of the breathtaking views of the new pool and lush landscape.
